Terms of Service

1. The service

JellyNodes provides game server orchestration and hosting, including automated provisioning, containerized workloads, networking and related tools. Features and available regions may change as the platform evolves.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to purchase services.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with the plan you purchased. You may not:

• Use the service to attack, scan, overload or interfere with other systems or networks.
• Run botnets, crypto mining, stress-testing services, torrents or other abusive workloads.
• Host illegal content, malware, phishing, fraud or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass resource limits, access other customers' data or compromise platform security.
• Resell or sublease services without a written reseller agreement with JellyNodes.

We may suspend workloads that threaten platform stability or violate these terms, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

4. Billing

Prices are shown in US dollars and are billed in advance on a monthly basis unless stated otherwise. You authorize recurring charges for active subscriptions. Failed payments may result in suspension after a reasonable grace period. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Refunds may be available within 24 hours of the first payment for a service if the issue is confirmed to be caused by JellyNodes. Setup fees, domains, add-ons and custom work are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for misuse, policy violations or issues caused by customer configuration. Approved refunds may deduct payment processing fees and used service time.

6. Customer data and backups

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of important data. JellyNodes is not liable for data loss, corruption or downtime except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.

7. Availability

We work to keep the platform available and secure, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, upstream provider issues and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Any service-level commitments must be agreed in writing.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, violations of these terms, security risks or legal requirements. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the client portal. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding charges.

9. Intellectual property

The JellyNodes name, website, platform software and branding are owned by JellyNodes or its licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellyNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to JellyNodes in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
